The property had a number of issues. These included a broken and warped kitchen window which couldn't be shut with ivy growing through it, black mould in the bedroom, broken blinds and much rubbish outside of the front door, which were all detailed in the independent inventory report.

Andrews Lettings and Managment acknowledged miscommunication regarding the pre-clean and also acknowledged that the professional clean conducted before the tenancy started did not address all the issues.
