I have rental for many years and Joanna Perks Cheltenham takes the trophy for being the most selfish, arrogant and greedy landlord I have ever come across. Joanna Perks, Cheltenham was a complete nightmare to deal with from day one. She is very intrusive to privacy, she kept making excuses for inspecting her property and then she would make picky little comments. Joanna Perks, Cheltenham behaviour is akin to bullying. We were not allowed to put pictures up in the property or make any alterations that would have made the place more homely. All the walls were magnolia colour and we were unable to decorate, even though we said we would return the walls to their original colour when we left. When we left, we were able to find any cleaners in Cheltenham who would be prepared to clean the property. Joanna Perks, Cheltenham has a bad reputation for bullying actions, and insisting that cleaners return on multiple occasions for tiny, petty things. We had a multitude of problems with cheap appliances, she would regularly ignore my messages and it took multiple visits to fix the smallest of things. Honestly, the amount of times Joanna Perks, Cheltenham had to visit the property, she might as well of moved in. I have no good words for Joanna Perks, Cheltenham, her whole attitude towards people who rent is clearly condescending and sadly, it's exactly people like her who give landlords a bad name. It is a shame there is such a shortage of rental properties in Cheltenham, because honestly, Joanna Perks Cheltenham deserves to be struck off from being a landlord. Shocking behaviour.
