Unprofessional, emotional and 0 empathy. Greedy and only cares about money and the value of his property. Barged into the property without given notice, makes claims about poor matinence and late rent without proof.

Old and everything would break easily. Furniture from the 80s with one out of four chairs still standing, broken coat rack, draws need adjustment as stiff to open, one window can't open or will break. G rated EPC
