They were very helpful when we were looking to move in but hopeless with maintenance issues. They didn't reply for weeks and when they did send someone out they blamed us for the mould all up the walls, on my babies toys etc. They told me to open the windows to air the place when it was already cold. The storage heaters were not very effective at heating the flat.
They only took action when I got hold of contact details for their head office (not easy to get) and wrote a long letter detailing all the issues and addressed it to a bit boss. Someone came round pretty quickly after that.

Property rating

The flat looked lovely in the summer, big windows into a shared garden. Little did we know that come winter it transformed into a mould covered ice box.
