Awful. The property was a mess when we moved in. Furniture left from the previous tenants, rubbish in the front garden but we cleared it out. The property was obviously not even looked at between tenants.
Initially everything was ok... then a pipe burst under the sink. We couldn't turn the water off and had to call an emergency plumber. Mr Choudary was Initially refusing to pay but agreed to pay half. We were without hot water for over a week until he got someone round to repair it.
Then we had a leak in the bedroom, small at first, reported it. No one came. The leak continued, black mould started forming, still no one came until we reported it to the rental agent. Now, this guy doesn't get the agency to manage his properties, so you have to deal with him directly. He is rude, doesn't actually care about anything except for money.
He came round a few times, looked at the ceiling, said he'd fix it but never did.
We ended up going to Rushmoor Borough Council and then found out the second bedroom wasn't meant to be used but we were never told.
The day the council were due to inspect the property, he had arranged for some guy to come and paint it without repairing the leak.. absolute joke. The landlord will also show up without giving notice of his visit.
The ceiling eventually fell through... the flat was deemed uninhabitable by the council and we gad to find somewhere else quickly. This guy was still expecting us to pay rent even though we weren't able to live in the property.
Avoid this clown at all costs, he has relatives in local government and seems to get away with anything.
He is the worst kind of slum landlord and has many properties across the Rushmoor area. It doesn't matter how cheap it is or how good it seems, it WILL be too good to be true.

The whole building was a large old house broken into flats. The building was old, not maintained and smelt. There were rats in the garden, flies and mould in the flat. The whole place was dark and dank.
Its a shame as it was probably once a nice building with period features.
It was a 2 bedroom but you were only allowed to use one of them. Small garden with rear gate. Ground floor flat with the high street in walking distance. Located right next to the train station too. So much potential if only it was looked after.

Dirty, noisy but handy for the shops. Parking is awful and the permit scheme is a rip off. You already pay council tax, why do we have to pay for a permit to park as well? Ridiculous.
