Property rating

There were few issues with Internet and some appliances but they were fixed immediately. Some of the features in the house should be fixed but that depends on the amount of investment that the landlord wants to provide. However, that doesn't affect the quality of the living and it is more than suitable accommodation for students. The house looks very modest at the first sight but it's great living there and all appliances and gadgets are available.

The area is excellent for students and it is very convenient location, 5mins walk from university. Also, there is Tesco supermarket within 15mins walk reach, Coop 7mins reach. It is very safe and quiet area surrounded by residents.
