Belligerent and infantile, will blame tentant for non maintained utilities breaking. Accused use of bringing in bed bugs and took a month to fix a washing machine. Only performed minimal work to the property when forced by the council.

The property is poorly maintained and in need of work. The guttering is missing a down pipe which allows water to be asbosdbed into the wall and cause damp and mild.

The neighbourhood is quite nice, having the co-op close by is a plus. Our neighbours were very friendly and pleasant to talk to. The only draw back is the road can be a bit noise at night
