Almost no communication, and even though everyone rented indivudually, they considered that informing one person means informing everyone. At the endof the tenancy the just dropped a £200 fee on every person in our flat, apparently because our kitchen was cluttered (we had clean dishes lying on the table, because there was not enough cupboards for 7 people). Absolutely impossible to get them to fix anything, had to go to the office in person to get a new kettle, and they have never fixed the lock on the door that was broken since the start of the tenancy.

The house itself was fine, but in desperate need of renovation. However, there was certainly not enough space in the kitchen for 7 people, so we had to store our stuff either in the rooms or in the boxes on the floor. Also not enough working space. The common room was locked the entire time, because they have decided that we do not deserve it.

Area rating: 7

The area is fine, there is a kindergarden right across the street, so not exactly quiet, but not problematic. Kids from colledge park in the parking lot of the house without permits, and nobody does anything about it, so annoying, but sometimes fun to watch.
