They are refusing to refund the whole deposit due to damage that was already there before we moved in! We have proved this with timestamped photographic evidence, which they have even said they can see, yet still will not give us the money! They lied countless times throughout the dispute and now we have raised it with the deposit company. They are an awful fraudulent company. Do not risk it with them!

Property was disgustingly dirty when we arrived, despite them knowing the date we were set to collect the keys. Carpets were vile and made our socks black. Gross.
