Poor at communicating. Charged us £35 each because we left additional bin bags in the bin area when we moved out. He met us and told us the bills were fine then 3 days later claimed we were hundreds of pounds over. He is now charging us for this amount when we saw the bills and this was not the case.
A month later and we still have not received our deposits back- he has given us 3 separate dates we’d get them by and has failed to give us them still.
When we were not in he would go into our rooms, he would not give us warning for coming into the house he’d just show up.
He also charged a girl to live in the house whilst we weren’t there and charged the guy who’s room it was at the same time.

Property was nice size however covered in damp and mould. When the microwave and dryer stopped working the landlord didn’t fix them so that made living in the property less enjoyable.
