Really nice village... didn't want to leave

The neighbours were absolutely lovely and were great support in preventing the landlord from doing more bad stuff, getting the council involved and helping us get him to do some very important repairs that would have caused a house fire.

Only reason it not at full is its near to a bar and there is alot of noise there.

The area is fine, there is a kindergarden right across the street, so not exactly quiet, but not problematic. Kids from colledge park in the parking lot of the house without permits, and nobody does anything about it, so annoying, but sometimes fun to watch.

The neighbours were great. Really kind and welcoming only reason why it isn’t full stars is the busy road and the house had huge holes in it so you could hear everything from a bird sneezing to a car going past. It’s also on route for all emergency services made worse by the holes in the side of the house in the form of “vents”.

area was fine. close to uni. 10/15 min walk into. town. nice neighbours. terrible soundproofing though.

Mostly single people live in 8 bedsit flats. Issue is - it’s hard to maintain privacy as if you’re in the landing you can hear all what your neighbours are doing. Same applies if you are late night lover and want to nip out for a cigarette, you may well expect unhappy neighbour. Other than thin walls, no issue.

Nice area, parking is very busy so can be difficult to get a space. There is a problem with gangs- day to day it’s fine although there was a stabbing on the road and visable drug dealing.

Very close to uni and town centre but can get loud as a result of students coming and going from nights out

Close to shops and bus stops. But high rate of criminality we had a bike stolen this year
