Neighbourhood and local area reviews for renting in Sheffield

The area is really nice and close to both universities, plus the neighbours are really nice and helpful. It’s pretty close to the city centre, supermarkets and shops. Although it’s on a popular walkway between both unis, so there’s some drunk chaos at 2am on weekends.

The area was ok, this is for Infirmary Road in Sheffield. Not much more to say, just a regular area with some shops around.

Neighbours keep to themselves. Rare instances of crime evident. Great shops and parks.

nice area , letting agents have just made it bad for us especially with the garden .its just terrible .

Lovely area with lots of local independent shops and restaurants. Lots of green space nearby and close to bus routes. Neill Road can get quite loud due to being so close to Ecclesall Road.

We cannot fault the local area and lovely neighbours we had, transport links were brilliant and very close to parks and the city centre, we enjoyed living in the area and always felt safe.

Everyone around is lovely and a cheerful area, shame to have this wide boy there. Essex grown that Sheffield could do without.

Crookesmoor is a lovely area with two large and fantastic parks right on your doorstep. The local shops are diverse, useful and even features a 24hr international grocers. Good pubs and a short walk from the university/centre. Good bus links too, loved the area.

The local area is fine. Never had an issue with neighboars. The local Blake Hotel pub was the best point.

Loved living in Ranmoor, great links to shops and the neighbours were always friendly
