Dirty, noisy but handy for the shops. Parking is awful and the permit scheme is a rip off. You already pay council tax, why do we have to pay for a permit to park as well? Ridiculous.

Area is quite nice to be fair, but the flat is just a bit too close to the road. Plus, the building got broken into so I guess that takes some stars away.

Very noisy at the property due to a busy road, a motorbike race track just minutes away , a microlight airfield backing on to the garden.
Only a few miles away from North Berwick, lovely beaches and amenities.

Area's good for Uni of Birmingham students as it's so close to campus but the area itself is pretty grim.

There was a murder right outside my window one afternoon last year. The area isn’t safe, with many drug addicts hanging out in the green opposite - who occasionally steal post. Great proximity to Victoria Park and Shoreditch; lovely neighbours on the whole.

Great place to live, quiet, safe, and easy access to the motorway. I can't fault it in any way.

It’s a very boring place. I’m sure some people might like it, but it’s not for me.

Julian road is a haven for drunk, drugged up semi-homeless people. You can hear them at all hours.
Traffic is awful at rush hour.
But it is close to the centre.
