Neighbourhood and local area reviews for renting in United Kingdom

The area was nice when I moved in but it’s getting more and more dangereous nowadays

Cardiff is lovely. Splott is not.

Its the main student area so great for convenience and socialising. Shops and the university campus are a ten min walk from where we live which is ideal. Its not the safest of areas but I’ve never had a problem, anyone ive met has been really friendly.

Diverse and lively. Quite a lot of drug addicts in the street:

The area is fine

Nice and quiet, close to ysj and to shops

A bit messy and bad bin collection

Very close to shops resturants and gyms. Would recommend to people studying in Birmingham
