it's a nice area.
close to clifton village, bus, trains etc.
you get to see the trees changing when the seasons change outside of the windows which is nice

Lovely area, quieter than central, plenty of green spaces. Horniman museum and gardens are nice to visit.

Eaton is quiet but pleasant. Local amenities were nearby, and was a 15-20 minute walk to campus.

lovely area - Balham is a great place to live

Great location near a park, bus stop, beryl ride station, and large Waitrose. Also really easy and convenient access to the hospital and university. Some nice pubs nearby also. Only thing missing is a nearby cheap corner shop for small bits and bobs - closest shop is a large Waitrose which is approx. 5 mins walk away.

Full of foxes and junkies

Lovely area, lots of green space near by and very close to the train station which makes it easy to get around.

Good local shop, plenty of bus lines in the area. Several Beryl stations have recently been erected, which has helped transport too. It’s really close to Eaton park, and has some lovely walking routes around it.

The area was nice when I moved in but it’s getting more and more dangereous nowadays

Cardiff is lovely. Splott is not.
