LOVE the area. A good mix of quiet and busy

Selly Oak is a large area. The main student area is towards Tiverton Rd. Other areas towards the edge can be nicer.

The area is ok, but not very exciting. Close to Bow Road tube

Nice place to live, only downsides are parking can be a bit hard to find, though you will almost always find somewhere, and if you are on the main roads, the studens can be loud on friday nights!
