Neighbourhood and local area reviews for renting in United Kingdom

The house is in Mount Pleasant not Uplands. Please research the differences. Uplands is very nice indeed, Mount Pleasant is a old housing estate on a very steep hill.

Lots of shops close by

Nice area, good location close to the town and station. Easy access into the city. Nice coffee shops decent gyms and walks

No problems with the area

10 minutes walk to Leamington's high street (the parade), 10 minutes walk into nature, couldn't be better.

Very quiet area

Beautiful area, lovely community/neighbours.
