Close to uni, Sainsbury’s, crookes, Broomhill, Goodwin sports hall

It is quite neighborhood..5mints walk to the centre of the town. Pretty good environment around the house.

You're very close to your friends as Crooked is such a students area. There are lots of good shops just up the road and a pharmacy and some takeaways very close by.

The neighbourhood was not the best but we felt safe until the flat that we raised issues about due to drug abuse problems had the front door propped open and were allowing the public to wander round the flat block.

Near to university and university gym, easy access to public transport, one small supermarket nearby

The area is magnificent. Love it. Strongly recommend if you are into sports. River path there is awesome.

Council and private tenants. The elderly are being kicked out into homes by the council and young trouble makers are being moved in so the estate in on a downward spiral at the moment which is a real shame

The area is lovely and safe which is why we decided to move there. Just in the wrong flat !

I liked living just over the Kinnessburn, it meant we were in a residential area so not too busy but we weren't far from town at all (2 min walk to South St); and I often walked to Morrisons/Aldi with my flatmates because it was closer than if we were living in town.
