An amazing location in the center of town, right across from the university library..

Right in the centre of town and location was excellent. Slightly noisy at some points but that is what you get in student town.

Really friendly and quiet neighbourhood. Close to town. Safe with outside door to building.

Neighbourhood was fine, little far out of town. Quiet at night. We had occasional problems with neighbours.

Monkton Combe is a lovely little village, quiet and pretty, some good walks around.
Would need a car though as buses to bath are regularly late

Area ok, new build houses. No issues with youngsters hanging around etc. Clean cut gardens, hardly any litter around. All in all quite a nice area tbh.

Really nice area, easy access to everywhere and near the station and hampstead heath.

Not one light on the alley!!! When you walk to the property you can literally see nothing!!! Use the torch of your phone... Or just get home before dark! Creepy

Student-y area, close to town. Nice neighbours. Good view out the back window into town.

It is a really lovely area with lots of amenities all around a quick walk to a local Sainsbury’s and co-op. The bus stop is almost outside the flat and their are tonnes of bus links all around. The only slight downside is it is quite a walk to any tube station so most the time it requires a bus to get their, but if it were any closer the rent would have been a lot more.
