The neighbourhood was fine, the fact Elliot Oliver lettings are managing properties in that area brings this down to a one star.

Brillant quiet area with about 4 different parks and play parks for klds. Right on the bus route for bristol and 20 minute walk each way to morrisons and tesco express. Only problem is that is can be a rat run for any traffic coming on and off the motorway and dual carridge way. If you dont have your own private drive park can be a nightamre!

Well connected and close to Victoria Park, Stepney City Farm and Brick Lane. The roads were busy every night and as the room was at the front of the house we heard sirens from the hospital every night.

Good for travel (cycling distance to centre & Victoria Park) but one street adjacent to Mile End Road which is very busy and loud. There are 2 hospitals nearby so the sound of sirens is very common.

Nice location. Useful transport links, generally suits us, which is why we chose the house, however, the landlords' attitude to repairs has made our stay here a stressful, uncomfortable nightmare

The area was OK, not too far from town and close to a nice park. I didn’t have an issue with where I was living, just the fact that I had a rude, aggressive landlord and the letting agents were useless

The location has fantastic scenery, and the towns in the area a joy to visit. You really need a car to live here, but two spaces on a modern driveway are provided. However, the cottage was very difficult to find due to the lack of a sign at the entrance. It took me 8 months to condense the directions into 200 characters to allow delivery drivers to find the property. It is close to Bristol, but the roads become absolutely packed at peak hours, however this is similar to many other cities. There are always multiple routes into Bristol if there is an accident, and the property is well situated for access to the M4/M5 for longer commutes.

The area is great. Friendly neighbours. Great transport links bus/trains. Can't fault it.

Immediate neighbours friendly enough, however other neighbours petty about parking and not so friendly etc. Usually able to find parking. Lots of noise from playing fields early until late, lots of litter too. Generally a pretty quiet street which is okay to live on though. Average for Bangor, not really a student street.

The trouble with Hampton is it’s a victim of its own success. There are too many people to cope with the infrastructure in place. My daughter could not attend any of the three schools as there are just too many families in the area to cope with the demand. The doctors are worse than terrible and forget about a dentist there aren't any available places.
