Poor area, poorly maintained around the house. Horrible dirty garden, full of bush and rubbish. Loads of left over stuff from previous tenants

The house was set on a beautiful lane called Chelvey Batch. There was miles and miles of gorgeous woodland right outside our property. There was only a farm shop within walking distance so amenities weren't great but the beauty of the area made up for this.

The building is great. Occasional moody neighbour who writes an aggy fb post instead of just speaking to you but seeing as they don't speak to you you are mostly unaware of this.

Also located in the best area of Bristol.

Lovely, safe area with great neighbours. Safe to park your car & safe for kids to run about without worry. Close enough to the City Centre and a short walk to Cardiff Bay. Dampened slightly by being close to Grangetown, which is a bit of a rough area.

The neighbourhood was a friendly, quiet area where I found I was able to become friends with a number of close neighbours. The property was further away from the University however I was aware of this when viewing the property. I was lucky enough to be able to have a double driveway, which was shared with a neighbour.

burley is a nice neighbourhood. I will continue to live in this area but definitely not renting from APEX again.

The area is lovely, friendly and interesting but you have to go home eventually, unfortunately.

The area of the house is probably the best part, and even that isn't great. Placed adjacent to the hospital means a lot of traffic (including school children) pass the house. 10 minute walk to both the town and university (via cutting through the hospital).

Ormskirk is a lovely area and has everything you need but unfortunately Ormskirk Lettings were awful.
