The neighbourhood is quite nice, having the co-op close by is a plus. Our neighbours were very friendly and pleasant to talk to. The only draw back is the road can be a bit noise at night

The street is nice, close to Tesco and just off Osborne road so close to bars and restaurants. West Jesmond metro station is a 5 minute walk away. The street is quiet, but if you have the downstairs bedroom you can hear absolutely everything being said/ played on the TV/ parties at night from the living room in the next door house.

Clifton, so lovely, but except for maybe the students, very white & middle class.

Great area; Clifton is brilliant and charming. Quieter than Redland and other areas with a large student population. Great location and good neighbours, expect for our upstairs

Amazing neighbourhood, we moved in the end just across the road as we didn't want to leave the street. In a much better managed property now.

Neighbours are bad other than that it's a good area to live, close to city centre and transport.

If you go looking for trouble it will find you in southmead. Keep yourself to yourself and be prepared to deal with gangs of kids at times.

The only positive experience of the tenancy was the handy location of the house and the local amenities.

Nice clean and quiet area a bit struggle now with parking spaces due to others dumping their cars.
