Neighbourhood and local area reviews for renting in United Kingdom

The area is nice, central Carnoustie, close to shops, takeaways, the local beach and the leisure centre, also not far from all public transport.

Neighbors were... mostly good, except one of them who to this day we have problems with.

Quiet but with excellent links to nearby UoB, Stokes Croft and the centre.

Neighbourhood could be a bit loud, in part due to the restaurant. Bit dirty outside due to the bins outside the premises but otherwise, was fine.

Lots of student houses surrounding which was at times noisy late at night. Lots of on street parking available. Close to the university.

The area was ok, nothing of note happened when we were living here. I never met any neighbours

Lovely neighbourhood, no issues with neighbours and the setting was great. It was near a good school and shops.

Had a lot of problems with the next house. They were complaining even about the noise of our front door.

The neighbourhood is quite nice, having the co-op close by is a plus. Our neighbours were very friendly and pleasant to talk to. The only draw back is the road can be a bit noise at night

The street is nice, close to Tesco and just off Osborne road so close to bars and restaurants. West Jesmond metro station is a 5 minute walk away. The street is quiet, but if you have the downstairs bedroom you can hear absolutely everything being said/ played on the TV/ parties at night from the living room in the next door house.
