Some damp/mould issues but otherwise a really nice house. Recently refurbished, nice shower rooms/kitchen, has dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Most problems are typical of old rowhouses rather than to do with disrepair but more could be done to prevent future deterioration. MUCH improved by new landlord.
