There are 4 bedrooms (3 doubles, 1 single) but we just use the single room as storage space and to dry clothes. The property has 1 downstairs bathroom, a small kitchen and a living room. The condition of the property is reasonable for the price that we pay, however it could definitely do with some TLC. We often get mould especially in the bathroom, however the letting agency do come and sort this out for you. Garden is small and overgrown, however we very rarely go outside.
