The house is exactly what we expected from a student house in Selly Oak and good for the price we're paying. It's very warm in winter (saves a lot of money on bills!) but can be a bit hot during summer (especially the attic room).

The property was in a good condition with modern fittings. The rooms are all fairly well sized.

Property is in good condition overall, the bedrooms are averaged sized, kitchen and bathroom also average sized. House is always very warm, security is also very good, burglar alarms lots of locks etc
