Detached house - extended to have 6 bedrooms. Lovely open plan living/kitchen area with a small garden as well, and the driveway is invaluable if you have one or two cars, as parking in Selly can be difficult otherwise. Two good bathrooms and an extra toilet. The walls are quite thin so don't expect to be shielded from your housemates' noise much. The trains are hardly audible from indoors, though. Some mould accumulated in the upstairs bathroom but Broad Court are sorting it out through their maintenance suppliers.
