4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Great location for Uni Station and Selly Oak. A bit run down and cramped in the kitchen, but fairly average for a student house. Benefit of two bathrooms, both downstairs in the house. 3 decent size rooms, 1 smaller box room. 3 Upstairs, 1 downstairs.
