Two bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom (front room) downstairs. A kitchen at the back and a lounge. No table to eat meals at. The garden was a complete mess/overgrown. The settee was in a really poor state. It is very basic considering what you are paying for. Bills were included at extra cost, but the radiators never worked properly.
