The communication was shocking, he would yell at us and blame us for everything and talk down to us constantly. He told us the yellow mould was wallpaper paste clearly insulting our intelligence there. Also, the loft was leaking water all down the walls and he again told us it was wallpaper paste yet this was black. We were left to cover everything up. He turned up randomly on our 2nd day of tenancy with no warning and had left loads of things still at the property. This experience put me off renting forever, it was disgusting and he was a nightmare to deal with. The house was terrible condition with burst windows, damaged and stain filler carpets, broken cupboards etc...

It was a 3 bedroom house (1 bedroom was a small box so couldn’t really fit a bed in). Kitchen/ diner, lounge and downstairs bathroom. The house was full of mould, the house had a damp test that was through the roof. The carpets were all damaged and the kitchen cupboard insides were all mouldy and broken. We had yellow mould in our bedroom too and it damaged so much of our furniture and clothes.
