The property itself was in a decent state, above average of the other student houses viewed previously. Unfortunately, when we received the keys for the property, the property was in an unclean condition, and despite contacting the agency about this we had to clean it ourselves. The property has a spare room, which was full of stuff previous tenants had left - again, we asked the agency to remove this, but to no success. The house was a nice size and decently furnished, although it lacked a dining table that was there during the viewing (this dining table was found broken in the back garden when we moved in). The house heated up quite nicely, except the downstairs bedroom which had a hole on the outside wall. The garden was overgrown and full of rubbish. The house was prone to mold, especially the bathroom that lacked a fan, and when we complained they simply painted over it.
