Initially, great. But once they have you signed they start to treat you really badly. On the plus side, if you need anything done, they'll be pretty quick on it! They'll also try to strip you out of every penny of your deposit.

Area rating
Great location to St Peters Campus, the beach, gym and local supermarkets. You have virtually everything there. Unfortunately, the neighbors were not that great. After 8PM you can't do ANYTHING. Any tinny noise and they knock on your door.
