Great town house. Spacious kitchen and lounge spaces. Garage also spacious and was used as extra space for activities (e.g. Dartboard). Nice garden but only got sun for little of the day. 2 parking spaces and a Juliet balcony to the front.

Area rating
Not the greatest area in the city, but great bus links to town, Heriot-Watt, the airport and local amenities. Great walks into Murrayfield too, and the council is spending money on renovation projects in the area.
