The day a landlord decides to visit the property, this is when they realise the disastrous management, but often too late. Compelling evidence of breach of Code of Practice, they managed to clean their mistakes by claiming that there is ‘prescription’ since that most issues occurred >5 years ago, and thus fully protected by Prescription and Limitation, Scotland; Act 1973.
