There was a dispute over deposit, and here's one star for accusing me of things based on a made-up speech of my flatmate(busted). Was charged for professional cleaning fees for the entire flat(including removing the pre-tenancy-exisitng mould in the shower), the price of a new bedside table(the original was 'new' too the landlord stated but now 'damaged by a scratch' during the stay),later found out new tenant had moved in straight after. General communication was ok by Tanja.

Contracted as holiday flat(no deposit scheme). Narrow staircase. Two rooms and a small kitchen(no extractor fan, a single window which require to get over the sink to open), no living room. Shared small shower and bathroom which is separate. Shower is mouldy, with a really loud fan. Thin walls which occasional music nights after 12am held by the neighbour downstairs can penetrate through, well tbh I could also hear snoring at night(not from the flatmate but the neighbour a wall away). Way overcharged for what it is(£800 room1/£750 room2!!). Gets quite cold in winter, central heating with heater(not well-placed, too far away to be warm). The small communal garden(backyard) was ok.

Opposite street has Chinese store and Scot-mid/post office. A little bit of a walk from Sainsbury's and another 20min walk to princes street.
