Decent shops nearby but not a nice street to live on particularly. Rubbish left on the streets by the other houses and the smell of weed is incredibly strong always.

Perfect location for students, right in the centre of Southsea just off Albert Road. Literally two seconds from O'Neill's and all the local pubs and one of the university bus stops. Only a twenty minute walk to the majority of uni buildings.

there were lots of shops and amenities in the area and station was a 10 minute walk away

Property located in Somerstown, Southsea (PO5 1ED). Reasonable location, standard corner shop less than a minute away. No more than 10 minutes walk to uni, fratton area and Albert rd. 20-30mins walk to the sea front . Easily accessible train station a bus. Parking at the property requires a permit if +3hrs. Reasonable walk to the local asda.

The house is close to the university and large shops like Lidl and Asda. Parking was available most of the time on permit.

Somerstown is a much better area to live in than people might think. Close to Eldon, and Commercial Road. Busy front road but not a massive issue.

Quite area with a lot of shops around. It has 2 bus stops near the house which helps to save time.

good location, local to shops and bus links. around a 15 minute walk to the train station. 30 min walk from the uni which is quite far but there is a uni bus which is local

Nice quiet area, but only about a 5 minute walk from shops, pubs and restaurants and 10/15 minutes to the beach. Quite far from University - around a 25/30 minute walk.

The location is pretty great, with very close access to all popular pubs, shops and restaurants within Southsea as well as walking distance to Gunwharf etc. Never any issues with security.
