Repairs were carried out when requested to the bare minimum standard. Resulted in repairs having to be done multiple times.

Mouldy for months throughout the house. Even when it's cleaned it still comes back. Landlord did not like heating being turned up and the insulation is non existent and the windows are old and single glazed so it's always cold. There is paint falling off the walls throughout and the furniture was old and damaged.
When I arrived one of the drawers had tobacco left in it.
Small bugs were found in their hundreds when I first moved in behind the wardrobe.
