Communication with landlord is fantastic. Always goes above and beyond to try and make sure any problems are fixed quickly. Even comes round and cuts the grass for us if we ask!

Property is spacious, nice bedrooms, living room and garden. Kitchen and bathroom could do with some renovation. Minimal repairs were needed in this property whilst we have been living here.

Nice quiet area, but only about a 5 minute walk from shops, pubs and restaurants and 10/15 minutes to the beach. Quite far from University - around a 25/30 minute walk.
