Poor experience from start to finish.
Promised a kitchen extension which never occurred. Never adhered to the '24 hour' notice rule despite our complaints. Sent over people to view the property without adequate notice, expecting us to tour them in his absence. During lockdown tried multiple times to arrange a viewing even if we provided a video tour already.

Somerstown is a much better area to live in than people might think. Close to Eldon, and Commercial Road. Busy front road but not a massive issue.
