Landlord rating

The landlord was never seen or heard from, especially when repairs had to be made or things were wrong in the house. He tried to avoid paying any money for any fixes on the house and the estate agents would always try to cover for him. Took 7 months to get our deposit back due to him dodging all of our emails and being of little help at all.

Told we could move in early and then postponed for 2 weeks. False promises on any fixes until we brought the council in and forced something to be done. Tried to claim we hadn't cleaned the house or garden upon moving out, photo evidence and trying to go through the deposit protection scheme made them change their minds. Constant repairmen sent over to get quotes on work and nothing would ever be done. Incompetent.

5 bedrooms, all not cleaned upon moving in, one bedroom was extremely small compared to the others. All rooms had mould spots on moving in. Garden not cleared upon moving in. Only one bathroom worked, shower upstairs never worked.
