Fairly nice area, near the beach.

The area is pleasant and well-located. Watford town centre and Watford Junction station are within walking distance, making it convenient for commuting. The surrounding neighbourhood is residential with a good amount of green space and a sense of history, giving it a charming character. Overall the area itself was a positive aspect of living there.

It's an interesting area, between Nether Edge and Sharrow. The street could be cleaner (lots of rubbish!) but it feels safe enough.

Quiet residential street

Liked the area, very well connected and a Kilburn High Street is great for being more practical than just coffee and chairty shops.

The street is dominated by poorly managed HMOs and short-term lets. There is constant tenant turnover and very little stability.

Parking is a constant problem. During college drop-off and collection times the road becomes gridlocked and difficult to access.

Rubbish is a continual issue. Bins overflow, waste is left out, and it attracts vermin.

Antisocial behaviour and drug use are ongoing. Parties run for days. Drug dealing happens openly. Night noise is constant.

Street lights are switched off at midnight, which makes an already unsafe environment worse.

I did not feel safe living there. It is not a stable or secure place to live.

The area was safe and residential. It was within a few minutes' walking distance of Muswell Hill village. It wasn't very well connected for London however; the nearest tube was in East Finchley, about a 15 minute walk away.

Morningside is great.
