Its Lenton, you get what you want. Good bus route 2 mins away. Sainsburys down the road, Lidl a little further. Generally quiet and pretty safe this end of Lenton.

It’s on the outskirts of Lenton. So not as bad as central Lenton, but still a few dodgy people in the are every blue moon.

Close to tram stop to get into town easily and Uni is literally on your doorstep so no need for transport costs.

Its very close to the uni - you can be on campus in 5 minutes which is great for days you wake up late! Theres a Bargain Booze less than 5 minutes walk which stocks everything you need and theres also a tram stop less than 5 minutes walk away to get to the city (15 mins) or Beeston (10 mins). The property is set back from the main road in a residential area which is quiet and a mix of students and residents. Overall a great spot to be!

Neighbours were noisy but the area itself was near city campus and shops and very accessible

Nice quiet area, but only about a 5 minute walk from shops, pubs and restaurants and 10/15 minutes to the beach. Quite far from University - around a 25/30 minute walk.

Great street - friendly. Lots of amenities close by. One or 2 odd characters but overall, great location and street.

There are no closeby shops. The closest shop is in the city centre which is a 15 minute walk to the bus stop and then another 15 minute ride into the city centre. The buses only come every 30 minutes and stop running at around 11pm. Also, if you are walking in the dark, there are no street lamps so you would need to use a flashlight to see where you are going as the route takes you through a forest. If you are planning to take a bus/walk to uni then you are f***ed.

If you have a car then the actual drive to uni (Bath university) is fairly short but it is all uphill with dangerous, twisty, narrow roads. My friend had a car accident in the neighbourhood due to the poor visibility and how old the area is.

The neighbourhood is quiet and enjoyable. It is clean and has reasonable services now that the shop has been opened on Kimberlow Rise. The buses are frequent into town an cycling take 15 minutes to the city centre. The area also has quick links to the ringroad and therefore the M1.

you have to walk under a train bridge to get to the property from the university of southampton, and this bridge can be intimidating to walk through at night. A female housemate was once followed by some men who were standing under the tunnel.
