Neighbourhood and local area reviews for renting in United Kingdom

Wonderful neighbours and a beautiful area.

There is another student house to one side and a family on the other side.

Bus route nearby, shops not too far although I drive, other tenants renting property on the site are in the same position with badly maintained property and do not stay over the initial contract period.

The neighbourhood is the best part of the house within walking distance to the sheffield uni, tesco, morrisons, sainsburys, etc.

The neighbourhood is good, near uni, Tesco and Asda. It's safe and quite and also we can see foxes in the garden sometimes.

This house is very close to UEA (about an 8-minute walk). It's also close to Co-op and Tesco express, as well as a Boots and some, takeaways just around the corner. There is a primary school opposite. However, sometimes there can be some antisocial behaviour in the area.

Skelmersdale- need I say more? Never felt safe, kids smoking dope & riding scooters over the road!

Area ok but other neighbours a nightmare! Noisy adult kids, mowing lawn at 10pm! Pub ok

Quiet zone. We had a rail&ride section so we could stop the bus in front of the house. The neighbours were very friendly and very nice. They were in their 50's.

Cathays is a student village- expect nothing less than litter- especially on dustbin day.

Wuiet reidential area close to public transport links and retail shops, not much else in area but does have ocassion events in eston.
