Neighbourhood and local area reviews for renting in United Kingdom

Never any issues, friendly neighbours who would look out for one another. Very close to shops and supermarkets as well as the city centre. Very close to public transport links.

Lovely area, on a pretty stretch of the main road. Not far from the centre, on the main bus route and a short walk from most things you need. A bit far from any big shops but easy to get an Asda delivery or something and the new Lidl just past St Werburgh's isn't too far away.

The location is lovely also the neighbors. The caretaker is lovely and really helpful.

Good transport links, next to the station, was a bit noisy though. And no tube lines about.

Wonderful neighbours, lovely area, fairly close to transport links and local amenities. Fantastic free parking, would love to live in an area like this again.

We like the area. Neighbours are generally friendly and helpful. Next door they do not take care of their garden and feeding squirrels with peanuts. Therefore there are peanut shells everywhere.

Lovely neighbourhood - lived around here for 4 years. Great location. Shame about everything else!

A lovely area and I encourage everyone to live there. We were just next to Redland station so Gloucester Road was just down the road.

Poor neighbourhood lots of deprivation and dog fouling and litter issues, good transport links close to local shops and town centre.

This is a nice area and extremely central, but seemed less secure than other places I lived in St Andrews. Random people wander through the apartment complex a lot for some reason, and strangers tried to come in through our patio doors once. There was also a bike locked next to my bedroom window which got stolen in the middle of the night.
