The agency weren't great from the start. We had to chase the references ourselves despite paying a referencing fee. Most repairs we have to chase, some for months, and when they are done Parks are clearly choosing the cheapest possible contractors they can find. Having rented in Brighton before, I have to say these are the worst agents I've ever used. Very disappointing.

The property was rented to us as newly refurbed but the refurb doesn't appear to have been done very well. Over 15 contractor visits in 7 months, everything from electrics to damp to boiler. Property is really spacious and light and the area is nice. The cheap repairs unfortunately let it down.

The local area is lovely. It's very quiet and there are nice parks nearby. Really close to bus stops and London Road station.
