Very stressful, she lives in New Zealand saw her once in 3 years, 12 hours time difference so takes days before she contacts you. Her furniture is still in the property, her friend two doors up constantly watches the house, so no privacy. She tried to charge me £1700 after i had left so she could decorate the house to rent out, even though I had paid all rent and cleaned the house. Awful place to live, I left with ill health.

The property is extremely small and very cold, open plan with concreate staircase which is very dangerous and iv fallen down them twice. We had a major gas leak with no hot water for 2 days. A wall collapsed which took 3 months to fix in winter. the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbours conversations and visa versa, you have to go out to talk in private. No parking, its on a main road. Back garden cant be used as neighbours have right of access. Awful place to live.
