He can give the impression of being a well educated and friendly guy but don't be fooled.

He doesn't know what happens in his properties , he trusts his staff and there is a communication issue between them. He harasses and threatens tenants and staff alike.

He calls from a private number to shout at tennants rather than allowing tenants to speak and give their version of events/opinions on the service instead. He bullies, threatens and harasses. He threatens you with legal action and eviction if you ask him to provide contact details

Its possible he uses a fake name as the director of the companies he runs is actually listed as Asif Hussain ASHIQ.

Some good sized rooms, at reasonable prices. Unfortunately the size means they are hard to heat and because repairs do not get carried out in a reasonable time you are often left in the cold.

While i lived in the property we had utilities go off for days at a time. The building was left without power, cooking facilities, fire alarms or smoke alarms for almost 9 days and never received an apology.

Was an unlicensed HMO at one point while i lived there.

Fantastic location, Great access to transport and amenities. Really convenient.
If the property was better maintained it would be a much better property
