Communication is poor as he's always abroad, when he does its all false promises. He hasn't carried out any work at all on the house. He just doesn’t care. He also gives bad references meaning me and my family are actually stuck here.

Three bedroom terraced house, decent enough size. Theres hardly any plug sockets, the fuse box is totally confusing as nothing is wired in any order. The gas cut off switch is in a dangerous coal hole in the cellar which you cannot access. The kitchen shakes like hell when the washing machine is on and the units have all cracked and dropped. The kitchen floor is dropping to bits and is dangerous plus the boiler is broken (landlord believes this issue can wait after patching it up for years on end). No heating in the dining room at all making it pretty much unusable in the cold months.
The whole house leaks upstairs when it rains and there is also thick black mould in the house too. We have spent so much money replacing furniture etc that were way put of pocket. There are so many issues it should be knocked down.
