Often felt unsafe in the surrounding area, particularly along Shepherds Bush Green at night

Greencourt house was a quiet block, no issues with neighbours.
Stepney Green is a busy area, mostly the cheaper kind of shop/food outlet. The tube station was <5 minutes walk.
Mile end park and the canal also close.

The local area is quite nice, with some lovely streets and nearby forest. Shops are not very close. Shame this property is a no go.

Great access to shops and a local park. But we were robbed twice. Crime is clearly a massive issue.

Local area was nice however this is unfortunately included in the score and unfortunately not nice enough to not want me to make a point about the agencies service.

Area was great. No problems. Lots of students and young professionals. Plenty of shops and things to do.

Our neighbours used to bypass the Letting Agent contacting the Landlady directly, over such things as a blade of grass being too high. The Letting Agent was also upset by this. Katherine Hill told us that it was difficult for Temple Hill to manage the property, due to the Landlady, who lives in New Zealand hearing "stories" from the neighbours. Owermoigne is great, but not at 8 Moreton Road. The oil tank leak of 6-7 years ago, which polluted the stream which runs through the Village, drives opinions of the property, and the Landlady.

Fine... A quiet Street on the edge of Peckham, I have no complaints regarding the location

Lovely area. Such beautiful walks and kind people, with a pub across the road and a wonderful stream outside the house.

Never had a problem myself, next door did get broken into during my first year there, neighbour opposite would often pull up in their car with music so loud you could feel vibrations throughout the house but no general area issues despite its bad reputation.
