Decent transport with central line, local buses are good and frequent. Good selection of food locally.

Crime is more or less London average I reckon.

Pretty bad, Lots drug dealings and other crime. Some of which was going on in the letting agents other property's that they were fully aware of but never did anything about. In fact when we did report it they went behind our back and told neighbours about the complaint and told them it was us, potentially putting us in danger.

Everyone is kind and friendly and there is no noise and disruption in the area. There is no violence and its a quiet place to live.

People were extremely friendly and I was extremely happy with how everyone helps each other and how everyone is so friendly.

Close to shops and the center of town, close to train station.

Moderate noise from Oxpens Road at night.

Good location for shopping on Erdington high street and easily accessible transport links

The property was in a quiet location in Fishguard
with easy access to town centre etc

West Hampstead is nice. Lots of shops and restaurants. Loads of things to do in the evenings or weekends. Nice people and neighbours.

Safe, well lit area, good neighbourhood, easy access to city centre, uni and shops etc. Parking for 2 cars with permits.
