Great central location, with walking distance to everything. Could get loud on weekend nights but other than that quite a convenient place to live. Only had 1 issue with a loose stone in the entrance to the alleyway where one of us tripped and broke our phone on as it didn't get repaired for a few months.

The house is located about 10 mins away from a M&S and the road is mainly quite. With a bus stop only 10-15 mins away. 25-30 min walk away from uni.

The area was lovely, full of lots of families, students and elderly couples. There was a nice mix of culture and ages and everything you can hope for really. I do think its worth mentioning that there was a fatal stabbing three doors down from our house, however this was unheard of for the area and not the sort of thing that you usually expect for Hanover.

The area is really lovely, with amazing parks nearby and the bus stops to the centre not too far.

Great location in terms of shops, parks and travel. Located next to a large car park where homeless people slept. Had 2 instances where they managed to enter the flat building due to the downstairs tenants leaving the door open/breaking it. Weren't warned of weekly music / performances in building directly next door, every weekend from around 5pm till 11:30pm. Noise complaints never addressed by council. downstairs tenants also smoked weed, and played music until about 4am on weekends.

The area is nice and quiet, a river runs nearby. The property is a 6-8 min walk away from town center.

Good neighbourhood, fifteen minute walk from main train station. Close to buses and local shops, good neighbours.

The area is a typical student area, the road was lovely but not very safe and notorious for break-ins and muggings

On-street parking available, although spaces can be hard to find if arriving home late in the day.

Traffic on road outside can be fairly loud and intrusive but if you’re used to living in a city it probably will not bother you.

Neighbours are generally very friendly and quiet, although we were very rarely (<5 times in two years) disturbed by residents in the social housing block of flats a few doors down when they had parties/domestic disputes.

Generally well positioned with an overground station round around the corner and good transport links to the city and clapham junction
