Neighbourhood and local area reviews for renting in United Kingdom

Very good area, with nice people to live with. Kelvingrove park is a 1 minute walk away, with many bars and restaurants In there area. I would say that I was overcharged due to the poor attitude from the agency however.

Its almost central london so transport wasnt a problem. There were many train stations accessible nearby

The house is close to a school so during term time you can hear the kids screaming all day (which I did not mind but it might not be for everyone!).
It's close to the park and there are some dodgy people at night!

Really do enjoy this bit of heaton and the upstairs neighbours are nice but a fair few break in attempts (just trying the door)

The surrounding area of the property itself was very nice. Extremely quiet and with caring people who helped us when all the cars couldn't be on the drive due to Mrs Maini's skip being there. Thought it is a very nice place to live, for some students who want a more sociable life then I would recommend places like Lenton, Radford and Dunkirk which have many student properties. This was one of the only good qualities this property had.

Nice hipster neighbourhood. As good area to live in if you are young, or new to London.

Unconveniently far from major shops and services, dirty area full of flies.
Not terrible but definitely not premium.

Average local neighbourhood. Nothing to say much about it. The state of the property was shocking from inside so topped that in terms of concerning issues.

The neighbourhood is okay nothing great the neighbours on Lord porter avenue act like rich stuck up snobs which is annoying and you don't want to be around

The neighbourhood is subpar I mean it's nice houses filled with stuck up want to be rich people who act like snobs and don't want to talk to anyone but its fine I guess
